Café Louise To Host ‘Clean Food’ Event for Women

Café Louise Catering is hosting an exclusive event for women on Tuesday, July 21, from 6-8 p.m. with food and wine pairings and a special presentation and book signing from best-selling cookbook author and clean food chef, Terry Walters.

The event’s theme, “Elegant Farm to Table,” will highlight Terry’s recipes reinterpreted by Café Louise with wines hand selected from Super Cellars Warehouse Liquors in Avon. The evening is part of a series of events that Café Louise is hosting for women to enjoy delicious food, exceptional wine, and winning conversation. The cost is $50.

Featured guest, Terry Walters, is the author of “Clean Food, Clean Start,” and “Eat Clean Live Well.” She is a James Beard Foundation Award finalist and recipient of the Nautilus Gold and Silver Book Awards. Of her first book, chef Mario Batali says, “’Clean Food’ is the most exciting book based on fresh produce and simple recipes I have used in years.”
