The upcoming launch of the WeHa Synergy chapter of BNI (Business Network International) will bring benefits to the West Hartford small business community, and representatives from local businesses are highly encouraged to attend.

Local business professionals from the greater West Hartford business community have banded together to launch their own chapter of BNI, the world’s largest referral marketing network, in order to actively refer business to each other and boost the local economy.

The largest group to charter in Connecticut, this fast-growing chapter is set to launch on March 8 at Atria, located at 1 Hamilton Heights Dr. in West Hartford, and members of the Connecticut small business community are invited to attend.

The launch event will run from 7 to 9 a.m., and will feature plenty of opportunities to network with representatives of local businesses and understand the benefits of referral marketing and networking as a whole.

The WeHa Synergy chapter of BNI is comprised of 32 business professionals from the Connecticut business community including Chapter President Amy Babich of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, Chapter Vice President Aaron Clark of Liberty Mutual Insurance, and Chapter Secretary/Treasurer Lisa Gangone of Lisa’s Serenity, LLC. Members of the WeHa Synergy BNI Chapter are launching the group with the sole purpose of consistently generating referral-based business for one another, ultimately serving to strengthen the overall local economy for the benefit of the greater community.

With thousands of BNI chapters spanning over 69 countries, a presence in every populated continent in the world, a global membership base which is steadily climbing beyond the 200,000 mark, and a solid history of significantly increasing business for small business owners since 1985, it is clear that BNI’s founding philosophy and word-of-mouth marketing framework are universally relevant and effective.

“Each year BNI  helps small business owners around the world to build their business by referrals, thrive, and help give back to the community” says BNI Director Consultant Jillian Chase.

Jeffrey Cohen, public relations Coordinator states, “Many BNI members report immediate increases in business and many new clients as a direct result of membership in the organization. These are exactly the kind of goals we are achieving with the launch of WeHa Synergy Chapter, and we are extremely excited about the positive impact this group is having on its membership is having on local commerce.”

The WeHa Synergy Chapter of BNI welcomes anyone interested in participating in their March 8, 2017, launch event to attend. To reserve a spot, you may register by email at [email protected] or via telephone at 860-306-4144
