Red Fox Family Right at Home in West Hartford Neighborhood

A red fox family of two adults and two kits is thriving in a neighborhood right near Hall High School in West Hartford.

A new family of four is right at home in the Hall High neighborhood of West Hartford. But this isn’t the typical West Hartford family. This family is furry. And they have pointy ears.

Red fox are present in all of North America and feed on rodents. They are becoming  more common in suburban areas, and there was a recent successful baby fox rescue in West Hartford after the kit had fallen into a storm drain.
