The Third Annual WeHa Whiskey Festival returns to the West Hartford Town Hall Auditorium on Saturday Oct. 17, 2015, from 6-9pm. The Festival is supported for the third consecutive year by presenting sponsor Pernod Ricard – whose portfolio includes Jameson Irish Whiskey, The Glenlivet Single Malt Scotch Whisky, Aberlour Single Malt Scotch Whisky, and Chivas Regal.
The event benefits two Hartford based charities: Hartford’s Camp Courant and the Connecticut Children’s Medical Center. Advanced tickets are on sale now online at www.wehawhiskey.com, or by visiting Maximum Beverage West Hartford (333 North Main St. – Bishops Corner) and Maximum Beverage Farmington (258 Main St. – Route 10).
Last year, the WeHa Whiskey Festival raised over $10,000 for two charities: Hartford’s Camp Courant and The Town That Cares Fund.
Spirit enthusiasts will have the opportunity to sample over 200 types of Bourbon, Scotch and Whiskey at this year’s festival. There will also be catered food from Highland Park Market, a raffle with outstanding whiskey prizes, and a cocktail battle featuring the state’s top bartenders.
Tickets are available to purchase easily online at www.wehawhiskey.com on a group or individual basis. A VIP Tasting will be available to true whiskey enthusiasts. This VIP ticket allows early access to the festival along with a private tasting featuring Pappy Van Winkle and other exclusive whiskies. VIP tickets are limited to 50 and those interested are encouraged to purchase their tickets quickly.
