The West Hartford Exchange Club will be hosting their 10th Annual Wine Tasting Event on Saturday, Feb. 6, from 6:30 to 11:30 p.m, at The West Hartford Meeting & Conference Center at the West Hartford Town Hall.

Portions of the proceeds from the event will benefit The Town That Cares Fund – a special fund to assist residents in crisis – which is administered by the Town of West Hartford and funded 100 percent by contributions.

The Exchange Club is partnering with Wine Cellars 4 to offer select wines from around the world, as well as beer and spirits tastings. Heavy hors d’oeuvres from various local restaurants and a cash bar will also be provided as well as music and dancing.

“This event sells out every year due to its popularity and it is our most important fundraiser so we look forward to the community supporting us again,” said Exchange Club President Joe Righenzi.

Tickets are $60 per person and include parking. To order tickets, call 860-212-9590. To order tickets on line, go to https://whexchangewinetasting2016.eventbrite.com. Tickets are also on sale at Wine Cellars 4, located at 68 Farmington Ave., Farmington CT, or call 860-677-0130.

The West Hartford Exchange Club’s mission is to make its community a better place to live through programs of service in Americanism, Community Service, Youth Activities and its national project, the Prevention of Child Abuse. The club sponsors the West Hartford Police and Firefighters Annual Service Awards and provides annual scholarships to Hall and Conard graduates. The club also donates to a variety of local charities.
