West Hartford Students from Renbrook Selected for Music Festival

Nine Renbrook students, including two from West Hartford, were selected for the Northern Region Middle School Festival.

Thirteen-hundred students auditioned for the Northern Region Middle School Festival on Saturday, Jan. 7, and nine Renbrook students were selected to participate in this year’s festival. 

James H. of Branford, Grace H. of Hartford, Chris Y. of Farmington, Tomas S. of West Hartford, and Rich S. of Avon were selected for the orchestra. Emily G. of Farmington and Alice M. of West Hartford were selected for the chorus. Nathan C. of Windsor and Nicole R. of West Simsbury were selected for the Jazz Band. 

The Northern Region Middle School Festival will take place at Wethersfield High School on March 24 and 25.

Renbrook School is a co-ed independent day school serving students in preschool through grade 9. Learn more at their next “Walk-In Wednesday” on Feb. 1 from 9-11:00 a.m.
