[POSTPONED] ‘Boutique Style’ Events Showcase Coming to Delamar West Hartford

A first-of-its-kind ‘Boutique Style Showcase’ at Delamar West Hartford, on Jan. 24, 2018 featuring ‘Events by Artisan,’ and featuring dozens of other vendors, will be brought to you by #WeHaEvents and WHMedia.

Preparations are really coming together and sponsors are stepping up to be a part of this exciting event-about-events (and there is still time to participate as a sponsor or a vendor by emailing Tom, [email protected].)

Corporate event planners are encouraged to attend, as well as those planning special social occasions. We realize by appealing to ‘everyone’ (from the newly engaged couples to the corporate event people), it’s a broad group to appeal to, but since the hotel is still new and the curiosity is there, we wanted this showcase event to be inclusive to help put the Delamar West Hartford ‘on the map!’

“Think of this as a private planning consultation by the top vendors in the industry,” commented event planner Marina Luri who is working with our team on this first ever ‘showcase’ event. “Musicians, florists, ice sculptors, jewelers and photographers (just to name a few), will be available to help with all your planning needs. Come see everything the brand new Delamar West Hartford has to offer, including a food and beverage selection by Artisan, (Delamar’s restaurant and catering). Looking forward to seeing you on the 24th!” added Marina.

Tickets are now available at this link and please find a few friends and/or co-workers to attend with you so you can save by buying in bulk! ($40 for single tickets, $30 each for two-to-three, and just $25 each when you buy four or more).

If you have a special occasion coming up such as a fundraising gala, special anniversary, milestone birthday, wedding, bridal/baby shower, fundraiser, seminar, annual meeting, etc. in 2018, this is a showcase that should not be missed.  

The Showcase, scheduled for Jan. 24, 2018, from 4 to 8 p.m., will spotlight food and beverage tastings by Artisan, as well as the “preferred vendor” candidates in the areas of tuxedos, jewelry, table settings, music, entertainment, gowns and dresses, specialty gifts, hair and makeup, dancing, and more – all taking place inside the brand new Delamar West Hartford.

Guests will have full access to the event facilities offered by Artisan at Delamar, and an opportunity to speak individually with business owners who can make your event special and unique – just like this boutique style showcase itself will be.

Any event can be planned by Artisan at Delamar West Hartford, including weddings, galas, bar/bat-mitzvah, seminars, annual meetings, anniversaries, birthdays, and more, so don’t miss this special opportunity. 

“We picked a Wednesday night to attract business people, and anyone planning a social or business event,” explained Mario Merturi, director of Catering for Artisan at Delamar West Hartford. 

Do you have what it takes to model?

Two male twins are needed to wear tuxedos by Oscars Tux at the Showcase on Wednesday, Jan. 24. We are seeking twins of similar build in the 25- to 35-year-old age range. If you don’t have a twin but have the same build as your brother, friend, or co-worker, you’re still eligible. Please send a photo to [email protected] to be considered. The two lucky men to be selected will receive a free tuxedo rental for future use, and of course will have a great time at the event.

Swag bags will be distributed while supplies last.

Admission to the Showcase is $40 per person, or $25 each when you buy four or more tickets. Watch for updates, ticket link, and details on we-ha.com, but in the meantime save the date!
