Mandell JCC To Welcome New Youth Theater Director at Meet and Greet

Chris Mansfield will direct the Fall 2017 Youth Theater production at the Mandell JCC in West Hartford, and will meet with families on Thursday, May 25.

The Mandell JCC is excited to announce its new Youth Theater Director, Chris Mansfield, who will direct the Fall 2017 Youth Theater production for grades 3-8, in the Herbert Gilman Theater at the Mandell JCC, Zachs Campus, 335 Bloomfield Ave., West Hartford, CT.

Mansfield is thrilled to be returning to direct musical theater at the Mandell JCC and comes with a broad range of experience. He has worked as a director with a variety of College, High School, and Youth Theater organizations including The Tisch School at NYU, University of Connecticut, Wilton High School and more. His most recent musical theater productions include, a magic filled version of the “Addams Family” and “The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee” which allowed Mansfield to combine his love of musical theater and improv.

Mansfield is a performer and mentalist, having worked for diverse clientele, including Coca Cola, Catch a Rising Star, American Express, Omni Hotels, and The Laugh Factory. His typically performs at corporate events, professional organizations, colleges, and high schools. He currently resides in East Hampton, CT, with his wife and three children.

There will be a special meet and greet with Chris Mansfield, Thursday, May 25, 2017, at 6:30 p.m. in the Herbert Gilman Theater at the Mandell JCC, Zachs Campus, 335 Bloomfield Ave., West Hartford, CT.
