Caitlin Carter, an experienced real estate and facilities leader, has joined the Brand Street Properties team.

Blue Back Square, the premier mixed-use destination in West Hartford, is pleased to announce the appointment of Caitlin Carter as property manager, overseeing day-to-day operations of the property on behalf of owner Brand Street Properties.

Carter brings more than 12 years of experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, and project leadership, with a proven track record of managing complex environments, capital improvements, and cross-functional teams. In her new role, she will be responsible for operational excellence across Blue Back Square, tenant relations, capital projects, and ensuring a best-in-class experience for retailers, office tenants, residents, and visitors.

Prior to joining Blue Back Square, Carter served as project manager at Concord Healthcare Development, where she acted as owner’s representative for ambulatory care and outpatient facilities, overseeing projects from feasibility through construction delivery. She previously spent over a decade with ESPN / The Walt Disney Company, supporting capital improvements and facilities operations across Disney’s global real estate portfolio. Her experience includes managing budgets, schedules, contractors, compliance standards, and stakeholder coordination in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.

Carter holds a Bachelor of Arts in communication with a concentration in public relations from Marist College and a Certificate in Project Management from Villanova University. She is OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certified and brings expertise in space management systems, facilities operations platforms, and construction management tools.
