Bridge Family Center: Free Counseling Available to Those Impacted by Hillcrest Incident

The Bridge Family Center has therapists available at their 100 Shield Street location to support the community following the recent incident in the Hillcrest neighborhood.

The Bridge Family Center is offering counseling support for anyone impacted by the shooting incident that took place Dec. 18 in the Hillcrest neighborhood.
In an email Thursday, the Bridge said it will be offering “free, confidential drop-in counseling sessions for anyone who is feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or struggling to process the incident.”
No appointments are necessary, and all are welcome to drop in at the Bridge’s 100 Shield Street clinic on Friday, Dec. 20, from 1 to 5 p.m.; Monday, Dec. 23, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Tuesday, Dec. 24, from 9 a.m. to noon.
