All incumbents in West Hartford’s Democratic legislative delegation were re-elected, with some running unopposed and others by wide margins.

In Connecticut, Tuesday’s election could not have gone much better than it did for the Democratic Party.
They held off challenges in all five of the state’s Congressional districts and one of its two U.S. Senate seats. They even gained a seat in the state Senate and at least four in the state House of Representatives despite already holding lopsided advantages in both chambers. The no-excuse absentee ballot question was also approved by a wide margin.

What Lamont, and all the other officials responsible for Hartford should focus on is the failure to address the apathy towards Hartford’s youth . We have the highest delinquency rate in the country because of the parents FAILURE to send their kids to school. These people don’t even feed their own kids. During covid they came to West Hartford for breakfast AND lunches. Where did they eat at night The Open Hearth? Hartford is a failing city filled with failing people who are more concerned with national issues. When RFK jr gets his position I’ll personally ask him to check this out. Point: How many kids have been murdered in Hartford? The enemy of enemy of these kids isn’t the republicans but their own parents and the people who manage their city
