The Mandell JCC’s growing Karate School will see even more development this fall as it opens its popular Karate programming to the community. The Karate School offers classes beginning September 2014 through June 2015. Classes are held in a brand new Karate Studio at the Mandell JCC, Zachs Campus, 335 Bloomfield Ave, West Hartford, CT.

The Mandell JCC Karate School helps childen and adults of all skill levels improve coordination, balance, focus, build self-confidence while also learning self-defense skills. Instructor Dave LaPorte holds a 3rd Degree Black Belt and brings over 20 years of experience to the program.

Students can join the karate program for one month or a full school year. Payment can be in full or spread over 10 months. With flexible scheduling, students have the opportunity to make up missed classes.
