On June 20, 2015, Northwest Catholic High School will host the Third Annual Northwest Catholic Scholarship Scamper 5k Road Race, beginning and ending on the Northwest Catholic campus. This chip-timed event will be competitive for serious runners, welcoming for casual runners and walkers, and fun for everyone.

The top male and female high school student finishers will also be awarded the Adam M. Lawton ’99 Memorial Cup. A portion of the proceeds of the 5K will be directed to the Adam M. Lawton ’99 Memorial Scholarship Fund – an annual scholarship for a deserving Northwest Catholic student in memory of Adam Lawton ’99.

Registration is $25 for adults and $15 for youths (18 and under) and young Northwest Catholic alums (Class of 2011-2014) through June 15, while race day registration is $30 for adults and $20 for youths and young alumni. Race day registration runs from 8:30-9:30 a.m., with the race beginning at 10 a.m. The family fun and picnic will follow the race and continue until 1pm. The post-race gathering will include food, beverages and fun for the whole family. All proceeds of the event will go toward scholarships to help deserving students enjoy a Northwest Catholic education.
