Rotarians made a sizeable donation to the Town That Cares Fund to provide assistance for needy West Hartford residents.

On Tuesday, Nov. 25, West Hartford Rotarians presented a check in the amount of $2,915 to the Town that Cares representative Suzanne Oslander.

Liberty Bank Foundation donated $583, and the balance, $2,332 was collected from West Hartford Rotarians in October and November. This is the third year that Rotarians have raised funds for the “Turkey Leg Challenge” in conjunction with Liberty Bank Foundation’s Thanksgiving Dinner Drive Program.
