The West Hartford Senior Center and the West Hartford/Bloomfield Health District are presenting “Spring Forward: Don’t Fall Back” on Monday, April 6, from noon-1 p.m. at the West Hartford Senior Center, 15 Starkel Road, West Hartford, CT 06117.

If you enjoy playing Jeopardy, here is your chance to join us in learning about fall prevention through a fun, interactive game of Jeopardy called “Spring Forward: Don’t Fall Back!” The goal of “Spring Forward: Don’t Fall Back” is to provide helpful tips about how to prevent falls while also reducing the fear associated with falls.

In addition to bringing the jeopardy-style presentation and expertise of many health professional students from UConn’s own Urban Service Track, we will also be accompanied by a pharmacist for patient-specific questions after the presentation.

This program is free; pre-registration is required by calling (860) 561-7583.  We look forward to seeing you there!
