State Police Investigate ‘Untimely Death’ of West Hartford Man

State Police Troop H is continuing to investigate what they refer to in an incident report as the “untimely death” of a West Hartford man whose body was found at 1:15 a.m. Wednesday on the right shoulder of I-84 eastbound between exits 45 and 48, a spokesperson said Thursday.

State Police have identified the deceased as T. Mikhal Coleman, 36, of West Hartford.

Coleman was a 1996 graduate of Hall High School. According to his LinkedIn profile, he was most recently employed as a business development associate with First World Mortgage Corporation on Prospect Avenue in Hartford.

According to the Hartford Courant, Coleman had four daughters.

State Police Trooper Kelly Grant said Thursday that the incident is under investigation and that no other details can be released by State Police at this time.
