Thousands of Costumed Kids Enjoy West Hartford Halloween Stroll

Throngs of children enjoyed the Moms & More Halloween Stroll and other activities in West Hartford Center and Blue Back Square on Saturday, Oct. 29, 2022.

The sidewalks of West Hartford Center and Blue Back Square and the front lawn of West Hartford Town Hall were packed with thousands of costumed characters Saturday morning for the annual Moms & More Halloween Stroll.
On a somewhat chilly but picture-perfect morning, pint-sized ghosts and goblins, pumpkins and skeletons, super heroes, ghouls, and animated characters strolled through West Hartford collecting candy from generous merchants – many of whom were also dressed in costume – that set up stations on the sidewalk.
Participants also enjoyed live music and other activities for people of all ages.
