A West Hartford Police officer stopped two juveniles early Sunday morning, and and an investigation soon revealed that the two had just burglarized an unlocked vehicle

According to police, Off. Nick Sanford detained the two juveniles on Clifford Drive at 2:47 a.m. Sunday, where one of the burglaries had taken place. The two are suspected in another burglary that also took place overnight.
