[UPDATE] ‘Ebony,’ the small black dog reported missing by West Hartford Animal Control on Sept. 25, has been found safe and sound and reunited with her owner.

This dog was lost from Whiting Lane near Boulevard and Farmington Avenue in West Hartford, CT, on Thursday, Sept. 25, 2014.

The dog is a female, Affenpinscher, all black in color, wearing a pink harness and peace sign collar. Its name is “Ebony,”

This dog is very anxious and tends to hide. It was at the dog-sitter’s residence on Whiting Lane in West Hartford, but actually lives in Hartford.
