The University of Saint Joseph’s Criminal Justice and Restorative Justice program is one of three institutions to host the national webinar, “Pathways to Leadership and Management in Criminal Justice: Law Enforcement, Corrections, & Community Corrections,” on Aug. 6 at noon (EST).
The webinar will bring together criminal justice leaders from across the nation to discuss, in roundtable formats, how aspiring criminal justice professionals can acquire the skills and experience necessary to become future managers and leaders. Law enforcement, corrections, and community corrections will each have specialized breakout sessions with attendees focusing on their specific field.
“As a co-host, USJ reaffirms its commitment, rooted in the Sisters of Mercy tradition of justice, service, and compassion, in developing the next generation of ethical, informed, and effective leaders in the field of criminal justice,” said Criminal Justice and Restorative Justice Professor and Program Director John Watts.
The webinar will be hosted jointly by the Criminal Justice departments of USJ, Russell Sage College, and Saint Leo University.
