USJ Women’s Leadership Center to Host ‘Managing Across Multiple Generations’

The University of Saint Joseph’s Women’s Leadership Center, based in West Hartford, is partnering with The Hartford to host the online program ‘Managing Across Multiple Generations.’

The Women’s Leadership Center (WLC) at the University of Saint Joseph is pleased to partner with The Hartford in hosting “Managing across Multiple Generations” on Jan. 25, 2022, from 7-8 p.m.
This online event will feature Susan Johnson, Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer at The Hartford, and will conclude with a panel discussion of managers from a variety of generations who will share strategies for recognizing and managing up, down, and across generational differences.
This event is free to the public, but registration is required.
Founded in 2016, the Women’s Leadership Center (WLC) at the University of Saint Joseph is committed to developing inspiring and effective leaders and preparing women for success in their future careers.
This year the WLC is celebrating its five-year anniversary with a year-long initiative, “Advancing Your Career in a Complex World”, that focuses on diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workforce that strengthens women leaders everywhere.
This series is hosted by the WLC, sponsored by The Hartford, and planned in consultation with the National Conference for Community and Justice.
