This weekend was the Greater Hartford Country Club Championships. Wampanoag Country Club competed against six other clubs in the area: The Gulf Club of Avon, Glastonbury Hills CC. Hartford Golf Club, Hopmeadow CC (Simsbury), Shuttle Meadow CC (Berlin), and Suffield CC.

On Saturday, Wampanoag hosted the Junior Championships (6-10 year olds) and placed second. On Sunday, Glastonbury Hills hosted the Senior Championships (11-17 year olds) and Wampanoag took home the first place trophy.

The kids swam their hearts out and West Hartford should be proud!

Ethan Swain is the head coach, and is assisted by Josh Paszczuk, Ethan Freund, and Quinn Mitchell.
