I hinted in last week’s column that Business Buzz might be on hiatus this week, and other than the middle week of my vacation last summer, this is probably one of the only times in the 11 years since I started this column that we have skipped a week. It’s mid-August, many residents are also away, and there has been a definite lull in business activity in West Hartford.
