West Hartford Craft Festival Will Benefit ‘Medical Aid to Haiti’

The Annual Craft Festival & Marketplace at the Church of St. Peter Claver, a benefit for Medical Aid to Haiti (MATH), will be held Nov. 12-13.

On Saturday, Nov. 12, from 10 a.m.–5:30 p.m., and Sunday, Nov. 13, from 9:30 a.m.–4 p.m. at the Church of St. Peter Claver, 47 Pleasant St., West Hartford, CT, 50 juried artisans will present a wonderful variety of unique handcrafted goods including pottery, glass, wood, jewelry, fiber arts, photography, soaps, candles, stationery, home furnishings, gourmet edibles and more.
Festivities for all ages include an alpaca petting zoo, music by guitarist Glenn Roth, and a teacup auction of items donated by each artisan. The café offers lunch items with our renowned homemade soups & baked goods donated by friends of the Festival. The event is open to the public; parking and admission are free.
Medical Aid to Haiti (MATH) is a local charitable organization providing medical care to nearly 15,000 patients annually at medical clinic operations in greater Port-au-Prince as well as surgical services in remote Dame-Marie, Haiti. MATH sends Connecticut-based medical teams to work side-by-side educating, training, and collaborating with their Haitian medical partners.
MATH is helping Haitians heal Haitians.
