West Hartford Newcomer & Neighbors offers a variety of social and philanthropic activities.

West Hartford Newcomers & Neighbors is a social organization whose purpose is to bring residents in the community together for friendship and fun. Newcomers & Neighbors is run exclusively by volunteers.
Each year, Newcomers & Neighbors sponsors a wide variety of activities and events aimed at the diverse interests of our membership. If members have an interest that is not yet represented, they are encouraged to initiate a new event or group.
With a membership of nearly 75 families, Newcomers & Neighbors is a great way to make wonderful friends, get involved in a fantastic community, and have lots of fun in the process. We hope that you decide to join us. Please give us a call if you are new to town or if you just want to get re-acquainted with your community.

Sept. 13 – Bunco
Enjoy a fun night of Bunco with a great group of ladies. Bunco requires no skill or experience and is a great way to meet new people! Bring $10 to gamble. The night‘s big winners (and losers!) will bring home a little jackpot!

Sept. 16 – Yappy Hour
Sit outside in a fully-fenced yard and chat while your dogs make new friends and get some exercise. Even if you don‘t have a dog you are welcome to come enjoy the fun! Dogs must be friendly, spayed/neutered, and current on all shots. BYOB.

Sept. 22 – Lawn Games
Join us for lawn games and drinks to kick off the new season of WHNN! Come early to maximize the sushine! Bring an appetizer or snack to share. Some beer will be provided, but feel free to BYOB.
