West Hartford Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the women in this surveillance photo.

West Hartford Police said that two women are suspects in the theft of wallets and purses from New Britain Avenue, and they are hoping for the public’s assistance in identifying the pair shown in a surveillance photograph released Wednesday.

According to police, the suspects were accompanied by a child, who appeared to be between the ages of 8 and 10, when wallets and purses were stolen from businesses on New Britain Avenue on Feb. 8, 2018, at approximately 1 p.m.

Police said that the suspects are also wanted for questioning in similar incidents that occurred in South Windsor and Darien.
