Hutch Fisher, a senior at Drew University, has been named captain of the Rangers men’s lacrosse team for the 2015 season.

Fisher, a 6’1″ midfielder, is a 2011 graduate of West Hartford’s Conard High School.

“It has been an honor for me to play lacrosse at Conard High School and in college at Drew University. I can’t believe it’s my senior year. It’s been a lot of hard work and dedication to get here but I’ve made some great friends and played for one of the best coaches in the game, Tom Leanos,” said Fisher. “I look forward to leading my team this coming season with our two other captains, Steve Damelio and Rich Shahpazian.”

Fisher is a business studies major with a minor in Chinese. He is the son of Ted and Connie Fisher of West Hartford, and has two brothers, Charlie and Henry.
