On Sunday, March 22, 2015, the West Hartford Senior Center, along with its co-sponsor Summerwood Hoffman, will host a Jewish Cultural Celebration from 1-3 p.m.

You are invited to join the West Hartford Senior Center for an afternoon of lively  music and dance along with a delicious, catered, afternoon meal. The Klezmen will provide the musical entertainment and The Crown Market is catering this popular event.

Klezmer music has its roots in Eastern European Jewish Culture. It is lively music to listen to and invites dance and movement.

The afternoon meal will include tossed green salad with caper lemon sauce, challah bread, boneless breast of chicken piccata, roast brisket of beef, potato kugel, dilled carrots, apple strudel and coffee or tea.

This is a very popular event so be sure to make your reservations early! West Hartford Senior Center Member Cost: $18; Non-member Cost: $22.

The West Hartford Senior Center is located at 15 Starkel Rd., West Hartford. Please call the West Hartford Senior Center at (860) 561-7583 with any questions or to make a reservation.  We look forward to seeing you there.
