West Hartford’s second annual Community Block Party will feature Indigenous singers and dancers, and will be held on Sunday, Nov. 2.

The Town of West Hartford invites residents and visitors to come together for the 2nd Annual Community Block Party on Sunday, Nov. 2, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at West Hartford Town Hall.

This year’s event promises a vibrant celebration of community, culture, and connection – featuring music, delicious food trucks, and fun activities for all ages. Guests will enjoy a day filled with entertainment, local flavor, and opportunities to connect with neighbors and friends.

A highlight of the event will be a special Indigenous dancing and singing performance honoring Native culture and community through song, movement, and storytelling.

“The Community Block Party is about celebrating who we are as a town – diverse, welcoming, and proud of our shared spirit,” said town representative, Adrienne Billings-Smith. “It’s a wonderful opportunity to come together, enjoy local talent, and connect as one community.”

The event is free and open to the public, with activities designed for all ages and interests.

The 2nd Annual Community Block Party is presented in collaboration with RiseUP for Arts, West Hartford Public Schools, and the West Hartford America 250 Committee.
