West Hartford Youth Rugby Club to Hold Meeting for Interested Players

The Black Heart Rugby Club, West Hartford’s youth rugby club, will hold a parent and player meeting on Feb. 22.

Get into the game and join the excitement of one of  the fastest growing sports in the world. All local boys ages 14 to 19 are welcome.  

  • No rugby experience required
  • Practice starts March 1 with games through May
  • Full contact sport taught in a safe and structured environment with certified coaches and referees
  • Focus on learning, teamwork and respect
  • Games against other high school varsity and club programs
  • Opportunities to earn college scholarships

To learn more about rugby and the upcoming 2019 Spring season, please attend the parent and player meeting on Friday, Feb. 22, from 7-8 p.m. at the Elmwood Community Center, Room 25, 1106 New Britain Ave.
