Cathy Fagan’s class at Wolcott Elementary School proudly displays a blanket they donated to Start – an outreach program for homeless youth run by the Connection in Hartford. 

The entire fourth grade created more than 30 blankets for this program which serves to provide emergency housing and supportive services for homeless youth.
