More than $20,000 was raised in support of the West Hartford-based nonprofit organization at the Friends of Feeney Golf Tournament.

The Third Annual Friends of Feeney Golf Tournament, held on Saturday, Sept. 14, 2024 at Tunxis Country Club in Farmington, raised over $20,000 to support the organization’s mission of assisting children and families in need after experiencing heartbreak or tragedy.

The tournament, which drew 144 golfers, was made possible by numerous volunteers and supporters, including top sponsors Amazon BDL4, King of Dings, School of Rock, Lyons’ Auto Service, and Fuchs Financial.

The team of Ryan Vivenzio, Cam Rosa, Jeff Tryon, and Anthony LoBello took the top spot with a score of -13. Golfers enjoyed many contests and specialty holes thanks to vendors including Golf Lounge 18, The Long Drink, Elmwood Makerspace, Drink Mechanics, Maximum Beverage, and School of Rock.

Details regarding the Fourth Annual Friends of Feeney Golf Tournament, to be held in 2025, will be announced soon.
