Blue Back Square has announced that a new dining concept, ‘Char-cu-te-rie’ will open this fall.

Blue Back Square has announced that a unique new dining concept – Char-cu-te-rie – will be opening this fall on Memorial Road.

Building on the trendy yet timeless concept of charcuterie boards, Char-cu-te-rie will be both an elevated and elegant destination space as well as a go-to option for catering celebrations and other events.

“Char-cu-te-rie isn’t just about food; it’s about creating an experience,” the owner, Anna Estiandan, said in the announcement. “We are proud to open our doors at Blue Back Square and invite the community to gather, celebrate, and savor the artistry of charcuterie.”

According to the Char-cu-te-rie website, Estiandan, who is launching this business after a 25-year career in health care, is finally taking the opportunity to follow her long-time passion of creating delicious and beautiful charcuterie boards. “I have always believed food has the ability to bring people together and make them smile,” her bio states. “There is something truly magical about watching someone take their first bite of a perfectly curated charcuterie board and seeing their eyes light up with delight. It is this joy and connection that I want to bring to my community through my own specialty charcuterie store.”

Char-cu-te-rie will accept reservations for guests –whether for a date-night or gathering of friends for any occasion – to experience and savor their offerings in-house in the Parisian-style lounge.

“At Char-cu-te-rie, every board is a masterpiece, thoughtfully composed to highlight the perfect balance of flavors and textures. Guests can enjoy fine cheeses, expertly cured meats, and fresh accompaniments – all carefully curated with intention,” the announcement states.

They will also offer charcuterie boards that can be customized for any occasion, large or small, and can include specialty products “that bring the same sense of creativity and refinement to your own table.” Boards will be able to be picked up in the store, and local delivery will be available as well.

Blue Back Square’s Senior Director of Leasing Connor Nolan said in a statement, “We are thrilled to welcome Char-cu-te-rie to our growing lineup of unique dining and specialty offerings. This concept truly enhances the culinary experience we’re proud to provide to our community.”

Char-cu-ter-ie will be located at 80 Memorial Road, the previous location of Aria Nail Salon.
