Conard High School is honored to recognize Xavier Blackwell-Lipkind, Jenna Kopp, and John Zehr as Finalists in the 2020 National Merit Scholarship Program.
Over 1.6 million students in more than 22,000 high schools across the country entered the 2020 National Merit Scholarship Program by taking the 2018 PSAT, also known as NMSQT (National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test). These students are a part of the less than 1% of high school students who are now eligible to compete for 7,500 merit scholarships, sponsored by the National Merit Scholarship Corporation (NMSC).
This spring, the National Merit Scholarship Program will announce which college-bound students will receive a portion of its $31 million scholarship fund, money provided by hundreds of businesses and universities who share NMSC’s goals of recognizing the nation’s most academically accomplished.
