The Children’s Museum has a new Curiosity Lab exhibit opening the day after Thanksgiving at its West Hartford location.

This brand new exhibit is a place for your scientists to experiment, explore, discover, and wonder. Experiment with atoms and molecules, the building blocks of matter, at the Chemistry Bench. Explore the properties of light and color at the Physics Light Table. Discover the hidden details of different plants, animals and minerals with wonder at the Natural Science Station as you become a scientist in this immersive play space!

On Friday, Nov. 24 stop by the Curiosity Lab for STEM experiments every half hour from 9:30 a.m.-2 p.m., except during animal demonstrations. Animal demonstrations are 10:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., and 2:30 p.m. Thank you to the Mortensen Foundation for their funding support.

For more information about the museum’s hours and admission fees, please visit thechildrensmuseumct.org.
