The West Hartford Chamber of Commerce is announcing the opening of the new workout facility, “m.e.l.t. 30.”

One of the West Hartford Chamber of Commerce’s newest members is holding a grand opening and ribbon-cutting celebration on Thursday, July 16, 2015, at its 570 New Park Ave., West Hartford location.

According to an announcement from the Chamber, “m.e.l.t. Workout (more energy, less time) specializes in 30 minute workouts for busy people of all fitness levels looking to drop body fast and tone up. M.e.l.t. was created in South Windsor, CT by Connecticut native Joe Carabase in 2009 and now has four locations (South Windsor, Simsbury, Glastonbury & West Hartford) as well as an at-home DVD.”

The workout is fast paced but low-impact and intended to accommodate clients at all fitness levels, and operates in three-week phases with a progression each week.
