On Saturday, Aug. 18, from 1-4 p.m., the Hall High School football team will be holding a car wash at the Mobil station in Bishops Corner in order to raise money for the Connecticut Children’s Medical Center.

The team is excited to be leading this philanthropic effort as a way to give back to the community. Connecticut Children’s Medical Center was selected because it also serves as a reminder to each of each player to count our blessings each and every day as we seek to get better.

Each player will volunteer for at least one hour.

The public is invited to come by for a Warrior car wash, or consider contributing to the effort. Organizers are confident that this will become another invaluable tradition of the Hall Warrior Football program.
