Get ready for a night of laughter, mystery, and musical mayhem as Hall High School proudly presents Curtains, the Tony Award-winning comedy murder mystery from the creators of Chicago and Cabaret!
When the supremely untalented leading lady of a 1950s Broadway-bound musical is murdered on opening night, the entire cast and crew become suspects. Enter Lieutenant Frank Cioffi, a musical theatre-loving detective who has a nose for both solving crimes and critiquing chorus lines. As the bodies pile up and the curtain threatens to fall for good, Cioffi must unravel the tangled web of backstage drama, budding romances, and toe-tapping show tunes to catch the killer – before the final bow.
With dazzling dance numbers, witty dialogue, and a clever plot full of twists, Curtains is the perfect blend of Agatha Christie and Broadway razzle-dazzle. Don’t miss this unforgettable evening of suspense and song, brought to life by the talented students of Hall High School in West Hartford!
Show dates are Thursday, Oct. 30, Saturday, Nov. 1, and Sunday, Nov. 2, at the Hall High School auditorium, 975 North Main Street, West Hartford.
Tickets area available via the website: hallhightheatre.ludus.com
