West Hartford’s Hall High School held its annual Sports Awards ceremony on June 2, 2016, and have announced the following recipients.
Senior Awards
Dale Harper Award
“A senior who exemplifies the highest standards of sportsmanship both on the field and in the classroom.”

Army ROTC Scholar-Athlete Award
“A senior who has demonstrated excellence in academics and athletics.”
Geoffrey Diehl and Claudia Hess
Distinguished Athlete Award
“A senior who has demonstrated exemplary citizenship, is a role model for younger students, and exhibits leadership while performing as a varsity athlete.”
Harrison Newman and Hannah Merritt
Carey Award
“The most outstanding athlete in the senior class.”

Kagan Family Lacrosse Award
“A senior lacrosse player with 3 years of high school lacrosse, a GPA of 2.5 or better, good sportsmanship, positive role model for other players, and has mentored, coached, or refereed the youth town leagues.”
