Dear Editor:

Please let citizens know if they do not want Gov. Malloy to borrow money for the toll study, they can call him or other members of bond commission.

They must do before the July 25 meeting date.

Already Kevin Lembo, comptroller, a member, has announced he will cast his vote against this bond. Other commission members includes Co-chairs John Fonfara and Jason Rojas. We should not incur debt to pay for a study.

This would have been in the budget if it was an item our representatives wanted.

Thanks,

Ellen Nichols
