To the Editor:

As a college professor and longtime resident of West Hartford, I’ve encouraged open dialogue in decision making. A one party government and a mayor for 14years is enough. It’s time for a change. We need new ideas, and a new dialogue – and that’s why I’ll be voting Row B this November.
