Dear Editor:
I’m writing to you to express my sincere endorsement for Kate Farrar’s re-election for the 20th District of West Hartford and Newington. Kate has been a friend across communities in 20th district. She reaches out, listens and addresses issues faced by our communities, especially seniors and women.
I cannot think of a better, and more caring candidate to represent district 20 to the CT House of Representative. Her passion for community service is next to none. She has proven herself to get things done. In her role on the Finance Committee, she advanced the largest tax cut in our state’s history including the state’s first child tax rebate. This tax rebate provided immediate relief to many during our current economic challenges. Kate is dedicated to creating a fairer tax system by cutting taxes for middle class and working class families and seniors. She will keep fighting for us and for an economy that works for all.
Kate also goes above and beyond to keep the district updated on important legislative issues, news and events. She avails herself for help and support for anyone at any time.
There’s no better time than now that we all get together and elect the right candidate who has a track record of getting things done. Let’s come together and support Kate get re-elected.
Sincerely,
Rupesh Parajuli
West Hartford
