Thank you John Lyons for your excellent article about waste in We-Ha.com!

This is such an important topic and it is so ignored by so many. Thanks to Blue Earth Composting, town recycling, reusable shopping bags, and more thought put into what we purchase, we have reduced our household (only two people) weekly garbage to one lunch bag full! Can you imagine if every household made an effort?

Thank you again for the well written and gentle approach. If we could all make purchases with packaging in mind we could change the way manufacturers package.

The utility approach is great! I know the town is reticent to push people on this subject but it will continue to become a bigger problem and it won’t go away.
