The Mandell JCC is calling all moms to refuel, renew and refocus at Moms’ Day Out, Thursday, Nov. 3, from 9:30-11:30 a.m. at the Mandell JCC, Zachs Campus, 335 Bloomfield Ave., West Hartford, CT.
Certified personal and professional Life Coach, Kelley Biskupiak, along with hands-on mother of three, Amy Brown, will give women a variety of tips and tools to redefine and design their roles as mothers, wives, daughters, and friends through four phases: pause, reflect, renew and grow.
Attendees will design their own roadmap as they navigate motherhood and stages of adulthood in this highly interactive workshop.
There will be plenty of stories, laughter and connection. They will also learn ways to empower their personal worth and value, gain knowledge on topics that hold mothers back and ways to combat those mindsets, empower their parenting communication and gain tips to implement and start living their best life.
Registration is $40. For more information, contact Jane Pasternak, 860-231-6342, or [email protected].
