CTData Collective and the state Department of Health have teamed up to launch a new online tool that will provide “groundbreaking” population data, migration patterns, and housing information down to the town level.

The Connecticut Population Estimates Dashboard will give policy makers, elected officials and the public easy access to information about the state’s growing and changing population. Users of the tool will be able to locate and visualize data by town, assess the impact of migration on planning region population estimates and access the state’s only comprehensive source for new housing unit data by town.
