The Northwest Catholic Dramateurs will present the musical, “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat,” on Friday, April 1, 2016 and Saturday, April 2, 2016, at 7:30 p.m. and on Sunday, April 3, 2016, at 2 p.m.

The musical tells the Biblical saga of Joseph and his coat of many colors. Sold into slavery by his jealous brothers and taken to Egypt, Joseph endures a series of adventures in which his spirit and humanity are continually challenged. Set to an engaging cornucopia of musical styles, from country-western and calypso to bubble-gum pop and rock ‘n’ roll, this Old Testament tale emerges both timely and timeless.

The production is directed by Sara Avery, with choreography by Kate Morran. Tickets are $16 and are available by visiting www.NorthwestCatholic.org/Joseph. A Technicolor Carnival will take place one hour before each performance.

Since 1961, Northwest Catholic’s mission has been to educate the whole person: mind, body, spirit, and soul. Enrollment for the Class of ’20 is now under way. For more information, contact Andrew Selig (860-236-4221, x140 or [email protected]).
