The Town of West Hartford has adopted a Vision Zero Action Plan to Support Safe, Healthy, and Equitable Mobility, which aims to eliminate fatalities and severe injuries on our streets by 2033.
We want you to be part of the solution by committing to the “Vision Zero Safe Roads for All” pledge and practicing five safe driving habits. By changing our driving behaviors together, one road user at a time, we can make our roads safer for everyone.
As a thank-you, stop by Room 312 to pick up a reflective band so you can be a good role model for pedestrian or bicyclist safety by being seen. Reflective bands can be picked up at Town Hall, Room 312, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. If you cannot come to Town Hall, please call 860-561-7521 or 860-561-7448, and other arrangements will be made.
