It’s a good time to start planning for Valentine’s Day. First Church at 12 South Main in The Center, is hosting a Swing Dance/Spaghetti Supper featuring The Little Big Band on Friday, February 13, at 6:30 pm. This is a great way to kick off Valentine’s Day weekend by celebrating with your Valentine and friends. Come enjoy a spaghetti dinner, a swing dance tutorial, and a good old fashioned evening of music from a dynamic 15-piece swing band. Well-known in the Hartford area, the Little Big Band has a repertoire including popular swing and big band music from traditional standards, through today’s contemporary swing sounds, with a little big band rock n’ roll and rhythm n’ blues added. $20 suggested donation for adults, kids free with non-perishable food donation for the food pantry.
