Small State Provisions is turning another year older, and the celebration promises to be as vibrant and flavorful as their legendary baked goods. Join the WeHa Artists Emporium on Saturday, Sept. 6, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 205 Old Farms Road, Avon, CT, for an enjoyable day of art, food, and community spirit.

The Small State Provisions Anniversary Art Market will feature an inspiring lineup of eight talented local artists and makers, showcasing one-of-a-kind creations perfect for collectors, gift-givers, and art enthusiasts alike. From original paintings and mixed media art to handcrafted goods and unique home décor, this curated selection offers something special for every taste.

And what’s a celebration without treats? Indulge in Small State Provisions’ freshly baked pastries, breads, and artisanal coffee, making it the perfect pairing of art and flavor.

“We love bringing people together over great food and great art,” says organizer and local artist Stefanie Marco of KiNDSPiN DESiGN. “This event celebrates the creativity in our community while supporting small businesses that make Connecticut so special.”

Co-organizer and artist Julie Phillipps adds, “This will be our third year doing this show, and I always love chatting with the people. It’s about connection – between artists, art lovers, and our local community.”

Admission is free. The rain date is Sunday, Sept. 7, 2025.
