The festival will boast a tasting list of 250 premium spirits from around the world along with food prepared by greater Hartford’s renowned chefs at The Hartford Golf Club. The event is being presented by Maximum Beverage, the premier adult beverage store in Connecticut. Net proceeds from the event will benefit Hartford’s Camp Courant.

Special highlights of the WeHa Whiskey Festival include sampling any of the 250 brands of Bourbon, Single Malt Scotch, Whiskey, Rum, Tequila, Gin, and Mezcal available on the main tasting floor – where more than $50,000 worth of spirits will be opened at the event.

The Hartford Golf Club’s world class chefs will be preparing delicious food including carving stations of filet and turkey, a mac and cheese bar with toppings like Maine lobster and Applewood smoked bacon, passed hors d’oeuvres, brick oven flatbreads, and vegetarian options.

Collections of Single Malts, bourbon baskets, and gift cards will be raffled off with all proceeds benefiting Hartford’s Camp Courant.

“This is our fifth year organizing the WeHa Whiskey Festival and with the prior four years proven to be highly successful, we are on pace to sell out early,” says event founder Brian Whitney, Owner of Maximum Beverage. “We are honored to have donated more than $50,000 to local charities including Camp Courant in our first four years and we are looking forward to writing another large check this year. Hartford’s Camp Courant is a wonderful organization to partner with and they’ve done great things for our community.”

Tickets can be purchased online for $99 per person. Tickets include all whiskey options and food. A “Designated Driver” ticket is available for $40, which includes food and non-alcoholic drinks. Four-packs of tickets are $340, 15 percent-off savings. A limited number of VIP Tasting tickets remain for $225 which includes access to the main tasting floor.
